I am Significant:
I am the salt of the earth (Matt.5:13); the light of the earth (Matt.5:14); God’s child (Jn.1:12; 1 Jn.3:1-3); a branch of the true vine, a channel of His life (Jn.15:1,5). I’ve been chosen and appointed to bear fruit (Jn.15:16); I am a personal witness of Christ’s (Acts 1:8); God’s temple (1 Cor.3:6); a member of Christ’s Body (1 Cor.12:27); a minister of reconciliation for God (2 Cor.5:17,18); God’s co-worker (1 Cor.3:9; 2 Cor.6:1); a saint (Eph.1:1); been raised up and seated with Christ (Eph.2:6); God’s workmanship (Eph.2:10); a citizen of heaven (Phil.3:20; Eph.2:6).
I am Accepted:
Christ’s friend (Jn.15:15); been justified (Rom.5:1); joined to the Lord and one spirit with Him (1 Cor.6:17); bought with a price and belong to God (1 Cor.6:20); a member of Christ’s Body (1 Cor.12:27); made righteous (2 Cor.5:21); been adopted as God’s child (Eph.5:1); I have direct access to God through the Holy Spirit (Eph.2:18); I am of God’s household (Eph.2:19); a fellow citizen with the rest of the saints (Eph.2:19); I may approach God with boldness and confidence (Eph.3:12); I’ve been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins (Col.1:14); I am complete in Christ (Col.2:10).
I am Secure:
I am a child of God (Jn.1:12); assured that all things work together for good (Rom.8:28); cannot be separated from the love of God (Rom.8:35); free forever from condemnation (Rom.8:1); free from any condemning charges against me (Rom.8:33); been established, anointed and sealed by God (2 Cor.1:21); given the Holy Spirit as a pledge (Eph.1:13,14); delivered from the domain of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of Christ (Col.1:13); hid with Christ in God (Col.3:3); confident God’s work in me will be perfected (Phil.1:6); can do all things through Christ (Phil.4:13); have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind (2 Tim.1:7); can find grace and mercy in time of need (Heb.4:16); am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me (1 Jn.5:18).
And what God begins, He also finishes. He is Alpha, and Omega… forever!
